Can you repair foil and jewelry?

Yes! We accept repairs for all YUKI FUJISAWA items so that they can be enjoyed for a long time. For details, please see REPAIR .

How should I do the laundry?

Thank you for taking good care of it! We recommend hand washing with mild detergent. For more information, please click here .

What should I do if I don't receive an email after purchase?

Thank you for your purchase.

Immediately after purchase, you will automatically receive an email with the subject line ``Notification of order completion [YUKI FUJISAWA online store] Order number # (4-digit number)''.

If you have not received your order, please contact us via CONTACT so we can check if your order has been completed.

In that case, please enter an address other than the email address you registered when placing your order. This is because there is a high possibility that response emails will not be delivered to addresses that have not been able to receive emails.

 

The following could be the reasons why the email is not being received.

- There was an error in the input address ordered with the mobile address.
- Automatically moved to promotions or spam folder
- The domain is being rejected.

Where can I buy Alan Knit?

Both the small items and sweaters are made to order, so you can make reservations at the annual showcase.

Can you do gift wrapping?

Thank you for choosing us as a gift for someone special! Please add [GIFT WRAPPING] to your cart when purchasing. We will include an original YUKI FUJISAWA foil-stamped card and envelope that can also be used as a message card. You can choose between a gift ribbon or a special drawstring bag.

What payment methods are available?

You can use various credit cards, bank transfer, convenience store payment, next month deferred payment, Apple pay, and Google pay.

You can use the "Pay Later (Paidy)" payment service, which allows you to make a lump sum payment the following month. Please see Paidy.com for instructions on how to use it.

How much is the shipping fee?

Free shipping throughout Japan (excluding pre-order items). For overseas shipping charges, please see our shipping policy .

When will it be shipped?

We will ship within 3 days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays! If you need the gift urgently, please write in the notes section. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I change my address?

Thank you for your purchase! Please contact us via CONTACT . Please enter the 4-digit order number (starting with #) in the subject line of the automated email sent when you placed your order. Please note that we cannot accept order cancellations or returns after an order has been placed.

Can I specify the delivery date and time?

Customers can specify the delivery date themselves using the Yamato Transport inquiry number sent when the product is shipped. Due to system issues, we are unable to specify the date and time at the YUKI FUJISAWA online store.

The package inquiry system displays 'Tracking number not registered'.

Thank you for your purchase. It may take up to half a day for the invoice number to be reflected in the system. Immediately after the shipping email is sent, the document number will be "unregistered". Please wait a little longer until it is reflected.

Where can I register for the NEWSLETTER?

Please register here . We will send you seasonal news and information on new products from the atelier. Mobile phone carrier addresses cannot be registered.

Can you issue a receipt?

The following documents issued at the time of product purchase can be used as receipts for final tax returns, so please inspect them.

・Convenience store payment: Receipt issued at the store
