■ A. We are accepting reservations for visits using reserved tickets only on Wednesday, July 21st.

■ Q. What is a reserved ticket?

■ A. This is a free ticket that can be reserved at the YUKI FUJISAWA online store.

■ Q. Are there any restrictions on purchasing tickets?

■ A. You can reserve up to [2 tickets] per person, including for accompanying persons. In the case of multiple reservations, tickets for late dates and times will be invalid.

■ Q. Can I cancel my visit reservation?

■ A. The number of slots is limited, so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If you cancel without contacting us, we may refuse to reserve your event in the future.

■ Q. What are the payment methods?

■ A. You can use cash or credit card from 10,000 yen or more including tax.

■ Q. What are you doing to prevent infectious diseases?

■ A. Thorough disinfection upon entry, customer service with a mask, and sufficient ventilation when changing customers. We ask customers to cooperate with wearing masks, disinfection, punctuality, etc.

A flea market will be held at YUKI FUJISAWA's atelier in Sendagaya for two days on July 21st (Wednesday) and 22nd (Thursday / public holiday)!
