Where can I buy Aran Knit?

The 2023 reservation session has ended. A limited quantity will be released to the general public around December 23, so please look forward to it.

How should I wash my clothes?

Thank you for taking care of me! We recommend hand washing with a neutral detergent. See here for details.

Can you repair the foil?

yes! All YUKI FUJISAWA items are repaired so that you can spend a long time with them. See REPAIR for details.

Can you do gift wrapping?

Thank you for choosing us as a gift for your loved ones! Please add [GIFT WRAPPING] to your cart when purchasing. YUKI FUJISAWA's original foil-stamped card and envelope that can be used as a message card will be delivered with a gift ribbon.

What are the payment methods?

Various credit cards, bank transfer, convenience store payment, next month deferred payment, Apple pay payment, Google pay payment, shopify pay payment can be used.

How much is the shipping cost?

Free shipping nationwide except for some items. Please see our Shipping Policy for international shipping costs.

When do you ship?

Ships within 3 days, excluding weekends and holidays! If you are in a hurry with a gift, please fill in the remarks column. We will do our best to accommodate you.

I didn't receive an email after purchase

After purchase, an email with the subject "Notice of order completion [YUKI FUJISAWA online store] Order number # (4-digit number)" will be automatically delivered.

If you have not received it, please contact CONTACT so that we can check whether your order has been completed.

In that case, please enter an address other than the email address registered at the time of ordering. This is because there is a high possibility that the reply mail will not be delivered to the address that could not be received once.

The following are possible reasons for not receiving the email.

- There was an error in the input address ordered by mobile address
- automatically moved to promotions and spam folders
- domain is blocked

Emails will be delivered from "info.yukifujisawa@gmail.com" and "@shopifyemail.com". If you are using mobile carrier mail such as @docomo.ne.jp, the domain may be rejected in many cases. Please place an order with a mobile phone address.

I want to change my address

Thank you for your purchase! Please contact us from CONTACT . Please enter the [4-digit order number starting with #] in the subject of the automatic delivery email at the time of ordering. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or returns after an order has been placed.

Can I specify the delivery date and time?

You can specify the delivery date by yourself from the Yamato Transport inquiry number sent when the product is shipped. YUKI FUJISAWA online store cannot specify the date and time.

The package inquiry system will display "Invoice number not registered"

Thank you for your purchase. It may take half an hour for the invoice number to be reflected in the system. Immediately after delivery of the shipping email, it will be "Not registered". Please wait a little longer until it is reflected.

Issuance of receipt

We are unable to issue a receipt. The following documents issued at the time of product purchase can be used as receipts for final tax returns, so please check them.

Cancellation, returns and exchanges

Except for the case where the product is defective, we cannot accept any cancellations or returns after the order has been placed. See Refund Policy for details.
