After purchase a product, you will receive an automated email entitled "Thank you for your order. Order number # (4 digit number) [YUKI FUJISAWA online store]"

If you haven't received your confirmation, please contact us so we can check your order.

Please try using a different email address from your order, since your original email may be blocking our emails

 

The following are possible causes for not receiving the email confirmation.

  • I ordered with my mobile phone email address
  • There was an error in the input email address
  • Automatically moved to promotion or junk mail folder
  • Domain reception is rejected

Emails are sent from "info.yukifujisawa@gmail.com" via "@shopifyemail.com. When using mobile carrier email such as @ docomo.ne.jp, the domain is very often rejected.

Normally, we will ship within 5 business days from the completion of payment, excluding weekends and holidays, but due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, it may take longer than usual to deliver.

 

 
We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to system limitations, we cannot specify the delivery date and time. Since the tracking number will be included in the automatic delivery email when the product is shipped, please specify the delivery to the shipping company if needed.


We have paused our gift wrapping service at this time. We are currently designing a new wrapping, so please look forward to it!
